What to do if you lose your T-mobilitat?

Have you lost your T-mobilitat and had a travel pass with remaining journeys or days to use? You can recover them by following these steps:

  • Access the 'Manage cards' section in your personal area.
  • Select the card you wish to block.
  • Look for the 'Block request' button and proceed with the blockage.

 

  • Find a service point that provides duplicates and is convenient for you.
  • Make an appointment or visit without an appointment, depending on the location.
  • Provide your information and request a card duplicate, paying the 4.5 € fee.
  • You will receive a new card with the remaining journeys or days from the lost card*.

*Note that if you had a temporary subscription (T-usual or T-jove), the validity period doesn't stop with the blockage.

What to do if you lose the T-16?

The case of the T-16 is different from a regular T-mobilitat card. You have two ways to do it:

You can visit any of the following points and request a duplicate for €4.5:

  • The T-mobilitat Centre: Av. de la Granvia de L’Hospitalet, 16-20. Appointments only.

  • Autocars Font: Carrer Tamarit, 105, Ripollet. Appointments only.

  • AMTU: c. Josep Umbert 92-94, Granollers. No appointment necessary.

  • Mataró Bus: c. Francesc Layret, 72, Mataró. Appointments only (by mail to info.matarobus@avanzagrupo.com).

  • Soler i Sauret: Ctra. Laureà Miró, 426, Sant Feliu de Llobregat. Appointments only.

  • TMESA: carrer Iscle Soler, 9, Terrassa. Appointments only.

  • Teisa offices: carrer Roger de Llúria, 26. Appointments only (calling 93 215 35 66).

Get in touch with our customer service channels to manage the blocking and purchase of the duplicate, which you will receive at home within 5-10 days. The cost will be €4.5.
