How to activate the T-mobilitat card you received by mail

 

When you purchase a personalized plastic T-mobilitat card through this website or the T-mobilitat app, we send it to you by mail deactivated for security reasons. This way, we ensure that if it is delivered by mistake to someone else or stolen from your mailbox, that other person will not be able to use it.

Only you, using your own credentials, will be able to activate it and start using it.

How to activate your personalized T-mobilitat card

  1. Access your personal area.
  2. In the 'Manage cards' section, look for the card information.
  3. Press the 'Check PIN' button, and save the PIN provided by the system.
  4. With this PIN, you can activate the card:
  • Through the app: check the card, press the 'Activate card' button, and enter the PIN when prompted.
  • At a ticket machine: bring the card close to the contactless reader and follow the prompts to enter the PIN.

      5. Your card is now ready for travel or top up.

  4. With this PIN, you can activate the card:
  • Through the app: check the card, press the 'Activate card' button, and enter the PIN when prompted.
  • At a ticket machine: bring the card close to the contactless reader and follow the prompts to enter the PIN.
