Visit the T-mobilitat Center

 

To carry out any procedure related to T-mobility in person, we recommend requesting an appointment at the Customer Service and Information Center (CAI) in order to better plan your visit.

Opening hours

  • Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 8 pm.
  • Saturday, Sunday, and holidays*, from 9 am to 2 pm.

 

*Closed on December 25th, 26th, and January 1st.

If you come without an appointment, there may be a long waiting time, or turn allocation may stop due to the large number of people waiting.

What to bring?

  • Your original and valid identification document.
  • If someone else is coming on your behalf to perform the procedure, they must also provide a signed authorization from you along with your original and valid identification document and their own original and valid document. If the procedure is to register a minor, in addition to the authorization, you must also bring the registration request signed by you.

T-mobilitat provides accessible assistance tailored to the deaf community, thanks to the presence of specialized sign language interpreters:

  • Video call: we will assist you remotely.
  • In-person visit: come see us at the T-mobilitat Center.
