The Autoritat del Transport Metropolità of Barcelona (Barcelona area Metropolitan Transport Authority – ATM) is committed to making this website fully accessible, because we want everyone consulting it to have access to the information provided on equal terms.

EU Directive 2016/2102 and Royal Decree 1112/2028 require than by September 2020 at the latest all websites must be fully accessible, applying the same accessibility criteria to all European Union States. Therefore, our quality commitment is to achieve ‘Double-A’ (AA) compliance, as required of public administrations by European and Spanish legislation.
The accessibility of this website is subject to auditing by an accredited firm to certify the level of compliance with the Royal Decree, as well as with WAI 2.0 guidelines, the standards internationally accepted throughout the technology community. Furthermore, this website will be reviewed by OBSAE, the Electronic Administration Observatory, at least every two years, or even annually if there are any justified complaints or unfavourable reports.
