Accessibility of the T-mobilitat website

The T-mobilitat website is a Public Administration platform and must therefore ensure universal access for all citizens. Its commitment to accessibility is strong, demonstrated through a double-A certification audited annually.

Some of the available tools include:

  • High contrast mode for easier reading for users with visual impairments.
  • Tool to increase the size of text and key elements.
  • Alternative descriptions for visual elements to support screen readers used by blind users.

Accessibility of the T-mobilitat App

The T-mobilitat app development and usability team is constantly working to ensure that the app’s design meets the needs and capabilities of all users. This includes features already in place and others in progress:

  • A system design that complies with the double-A accessibility certification.
  • Larger font sizes.
  • Dark or light mode, suitable for different lighting conditions.
  • Screen reader-compatible elements for blind users.

The T-mobilitat Center is the core of customer service, and accessibility is a key priority of the project. Key features include:

The help center is on a single floor, located in a pedestrian-friendly area with wide sidewalks, easily accessible by public or private transport.

Available in person or via video call.

Adapted for people with hearing difficulties.
