T-mobilitat customer service and top up points

 

The T-mobilitat system has a complete network of various types of service points, divided into two main groups:

  • Service points, where you can obtain a plastic T-mobilitat card, carry out other procedures, or resolve issues.
  • Top-up points, where you can top up a plastic or cardboard card if you already have one, or purchase a cardboard T-mobilitat card with a travel pass.

Check which points are available, their locations, and whether an appointment is required.

The first column lists the main procedures, while each subsequent column represents one of the three available channels. In the cell where a procedure and a channel intersect, you will find a green checkmark if they are compatible or a red cross if they are not.

The T-mobilitat Service and Information Center (CAI) is T-mobilitat's main customer service and information hub. It is an accessible and fully-equipped centre offering personal attention and a wide range of face-to-face services related with T-mobilitat system.
