How to get T-mobilitat online

Register online from this website

Prove your FM/FN profile from the 'Subsidised profiles' section of your personal area. This will require verifying your family card number.

How to get the card for a minor online

The case of minors in families is slightly different, for legal and protection reasons. Here's how to proceed:

Once the parent or tutor has registered, register the minors from the 'Accounts I manage' section of the personal area.

Prove their single-parent or large family status from the 'Profiles' section of the specific child. This will require verifying the family card number.

Request their T-mobilitat with the FM/FN profile settep up. Minors cannot travel with the mobile, so their only option is the rechargeable card.

Would you prefer to do the procedure in a service point?

We recommend doing the procedure online to save time and avoid queues, but if you prefer to do it in person, the public transport network offers about forty T-mobilitat service points.

Check them out, see which one suits you, and make an appointment if necessary.
