If you have any complaints or suggestions, please feel free to send them to us using the appropriate form.
- If you are logged in, simply complete the form and you will receive an email with an incident code.
- If you do not have logged in, we will request your contact details and send you a tracking code together with a copy of your message. With this code, you will be able to access information on the progress of your complaint or suggestion.
By default, we will respond to you in Catalan; if you want to receive the response in Spanish or English, please indicate it in the content of the form.
