T-mobilitat has many in-person service points where you can sign up and get the plastic T-mobilitat card, as well as perform other procedures or resolve issues.

A network of just over 800 tobacconists spread across 160 municipalities in the Barcelona area. These are points where you can go to recharge your card (whether it's plastic or cardboard), if you already have it, or to buy a cardboard one.

The T-mobilitat Service and Information Center (CAI) is T-mobilitat's main customer service and information hub. It is an accessible and fully-equipped centre offering personal attention and a wide range of face-to-face services related with T-mobilitat system.
