Is your T-16 expired? Get the T-jove!

When a teenager using the T-16 turns 16, that free transportation pass ceases to be valid, specifically 6 months after you turn 16.
From that moment, the minor must start travelling with the integrated transport pass that suits them best.
For many, this pass will be the T-jove, which allows movement across the 6 zones of the ATM of Barcelona for 90 days.
If that's not the case, you can also request an empty T-mobilitat, without any ticket, and start loading it from January 1st.

Minors cannot request T-mobilitat on their own; it must be the responsible adult on their account (parent, legal guardian) who does so.
If the minor has been a user of T-16, they should already be registered in T-mobilitat, and all you need to do is purchase a personalized plastic T-mobilitat card where they can top up the T-jove.
This process can be done online, from the adult's personal area. In the ‘Account I manage’ section, you will find information about the minor, and you can request their card through the 'Supports' button.
